Absentee Owner,Utilities off since 2013. Ideas on finding owner?

Good Morning BP Community

I wanted to present this question to the community. I located an abandoned property and was able to then find the owners name through appraisal district website. The owner does not live there of course and the utilities have not been active for 3 yrs.  Taxes were paid on 2 yrs ago. Ive exhausted my research. I have not sent any letters to this address yet. As I move forward in this search, I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas/tips on how they have approached a situation similar to this with positive results. Have a great day everyone and thanks for any advice feedback.
