I just upgraded to the full version of DealCheck. Few others have mentioned that one here. It seems to do the job. Difficult to put in super specific lender terms, but I suppose it is just a quick decision tool. For the computer, RehabValuator is nice.

@David Bell et al I have had some good experiences with HomeSnap. It pulls the listing information for houses you take a photo of from the street. Great if you see a sign on a house while you're walking around or on a showing.

I use the My Mortgage App all the time. I store my mortgages and loans in it and also refer to it as a mortgage calculator for deals.

Hi @David Bell I like Stessa, apartments.com and hoah.rentals. Those are my main ones.

I use Tellus App for rental property management stuff and it seems they have launched investment feature these days. Looking forward to it and would like to give it a shot.

We have found apps like Thumb Tack and Home Advisor extremely helpful when in need of multiple quotes and a fast turn around.

Hi all. I'm in the field and frequently use my iPhone so I'm wondering what real estate investing apps are you all using? I'm looking for anything REI related in any way. I personally need iOS but go ahead and share others for those on Android or Windows devices. Thanks! Dave
