Researching addresses

I have been doing a little "driving-for-dollars" and I have a list of 50+ addresses I want to research. These addresses are all in Orange County, CA. I know I can pull the tax records from the County Tax Assessor's website, but that offers little information other than the tax bill. I don't want to dump 50 addresses on my realtor to research. What other sources of information can I use to pull information such as owner's name, owner's address, purchase date, etc?
