Hello,

My boyfriend and I have been real estate investors about 3 months now. We are currently searching for any individual that has knowledge on the market in Kansas City, KS. It seems to be difficult to find comps in a particular area. Can anyone give us any info that will help us in this process?

Hi Nikia,

I spend my time in the SE corner of KCK - Rosedale, Gray's Park and Shawnee Heights. And I am connected with investors who know that area even better than I do. As for the rest of KCK, an investor I respect recommended Realtor Ed Jaskinia of Reece Nichols.
