Advice on increasing curb appeal

Hi all, first time home investor here. Below is a picture of a Seattle SFR I'm trying to rent out - any advice on increasing curb appeal?

Note I already plan on removing the trees.

Some things I've considered that would be good to get input on:

  • Repainting the white sections brown to "accent" the house a bit better so it doesn't blend green into green
  • Repainting the wooden portion of the stairs
  • General landscaping - removing overgrown trees/shrubs, possibly putting in some low maintenance plants

Any and all input is appreciated!
