Help one of my house got ROBBED

I got robbed last week in one of my vacant houses. I was juggling three houses and forgot about checking  on the other one. The house that got robbed is located in a sketchy neighborhood. I have a hard time trusting my neighbors, they're always staring at my house from a distance. They stole some appliances a washer and stove. They also damage my hardwood floors while carrying out the appliances. The entire neighborhood was probably in it for themselves. I filed a police report and to my avail their finger prints are smeared all over the door. No accurate finger prints were made. Police won't do anything about it.

Again, the house is vacant while i flip it. There is no wifi. My question is, what security alarm works  best without wifi? I want a security alarm that connects to my phone without using wifi. I've decided once i sell this house, i'll transfer my security alarm to my other houses.

@Anh Truong

I am using Simplisafe for one my flips and it doesn't need wifi. I just purchased their base station and sensors and thats it...You don't need wifi or wired internet in the house at all as it uses Built-in cellular GSM technology...and yes once you are done with your house you can take it with you unless you want to give it to new owner as a selling point. Their monthly charge is 14.99, i got first month free. Also I had builder's risk insurance policy with vandalism coverage from NRG.
