Tampa Bay Area zoning designated PD-MU 80-33

Good morning BP, This question is for those who know the Hillsborough zoning codes in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. I have come across a zoning code on a property within a Community Development District which I could use some help with. The zoning code is PD-MU 80 - 33. The PD-MU is Planned Development- Mixed Use, but what is the 80-33, Height and density? In Miami, we have Miami 21 which has coding like this but not sure on Tampa. The only thing I could come up with is allowing Construction of a Building with a height less than 80 feet and a density of no more than 33 units per acre. Has anyone on BP from Tampa come across this designation? Could you enlighten me? Thanks for any and all help. William
