Home Insurance (Help!)

I'm in the process of securing a quadplex with an FHA loan. I need to analyze different home insurance quotes. I will be renting out the other units so I'm assuming I would need renters insurance/landlord insurance? Does anyone know good companies or how to structure my policy? With add ons /etc. What do I need?

I'm 20 yrs old and know nothing about this lol.

Do you guys have any tips, articles, etc I could read to direct me to what I need to know?

@Rosston Smith Hi, first you find a good Insurance Agent or Agency that your friends or family recommend, or the one you use for your own needs like auto insurance.  Tell them what you plan and details of property.  They will tell you how the insurance policy or policies can be structured in Georgia.  You will need property insurance to cover your building or structure, then you need coverage to protect the household items you might provide to tenants and finally you need to protect your own personal property in your occupied area.  And finally, but most important, you need liability coverage to protect you in the risk of being the owner of the structure.
