Dear BP community I have began researching real estate a few months back and it led me here. I started looking into wholesaling as a stepping stone up until I can earn enough for a down deposit on a rental property. And I am wondering should I become a licensed real estate agent for a year to gain common knowledge? Or should I only focus on wholesaling? Any response will be appreciated.
