Help structure this business relationship

I spoke with an out of country(Canada)investor and I wanted some advice on how to structure the partnership if I move forward. I live in Westfield a suburb of Indianapolis. Investor wants to flip homes here and has cash to do so. I have been in conversation with him on him putting up the money and myself managing the project. From finding the properties to meeting the inspector to managing the rehab. I basically have all the pieces in place as far as realtors to contractors. How would you structure this? What percentage of profits would you suggest? How would you structure this to protect all parties? Thanks
