Hey BP, I'm a licensed Realtor in DC and Virginia located in Fairfax. I'm looking into transferring to the Hampton Roads area for college in the fall and want to get a feel for the local markets. I worked for a company that did property preservation for the banks, and am familiar with several areas around Norfolk and Va beach. @Susan P. How do you find the rental market to be in the areas you invest in, price range, cap rate,etc? I will be looking for a place and potentially purchasing a house and renting the extra bedrooms.
