Hey BP,
I'm a licensed Realtor in DC and Virginia located in Fairfax. I'm looking into transferring to the Hampton Roads area for college in the fall and want to get a feel for the local markets.
I worked for a company that did property preservation for the banks, and am familiar with several areas around Norfolk and Va beach.
The investing community will play a role in where I transfer to, as real estate is an essential part of my life.
