How to present a deal

Hello folks,

I am looking at a deal to flip (quick buy and sell). In my understanding it is a good enough deal to close on it and take my time selling it ate a "close to retail" price, though I am not opposed to wholesale it if the opportunity comes.

I'll be using hard money but the closes I've found is 80% of the purchase price. I need an equity partner or a private lender to help me with the rest.

The question is, do we have in the BP tools any sort of report or form that would help me present the deal, in a professional way, to potential lenders or partners?...or do any of you have one you can share?

Thank you!
