Old double-wide trailer has to be removed. Options?

Hi,  I'm looking into purchasing a plot of land in Los Alamos, CA with a double-wide trailer that's connected regular water/sewer.  However the land is zoned as commercial and the trailer has to be removed or the owner(me or a buyer) will get fined.  The trailer needs some rehab but, can probably be habitable.

Other than listing it for sale, what are some options for the trailer?  BTW.  What do you think it will cost to haul it say, 70 miles away?

Thanks.
