What's going on BP world? Looking for quality property management in Schanectady NY to manage a multi-unit that I currently have under contract. Ideally the PM I work with will be resourceful, honest and has a certain level of business acumen. I am willing to pay up to 15% of the rental income$303.75 monthly.
