North Fulton County, GA(Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton) - Communities with NO Rental restrictions

Hi BP Friends,

I am based out of Alpharetta, GA area and looking to invest in SFH/townhome properties in North Fulton county areas - Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek & Milton areas. I intend to then rent them out i.e buy & hold strategy.

However, I am not able to find any (except 1 or 2) communities/sub-divisions which dont have rental restrictions. 

Does anyone has more insights or aware of communities which allow rentals?
