Kitchen Appliance brand perceived value and quality by buyer

How would you, especially Texas investors, rank the buyer perceived value of the appliance brand? I have a rehab project I am working on and putting GE appliances in will cost me 1k more for cooktop, dishwasher and wall oven combined.

I plan to put Kenmore but want to make sure that it will still command high resale value.

Here are the popular brand I consider: GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Frigidaire.

Thanks so much for your help!!!
