Hi people.

Wondering what people's take is on the investment potential for real estate in and around north South Central LA? The train track between Santa Monica and Downtown is close to completion and in proximity to this area. Obviously the shrewdies will have got in early, but do people with a knowledge of the area think the prices are still competitive? Obviously the name and reputation of the area will act as a deterrent, but like many areas around DTLA it seems to be in gentrification process.
