Power Team Interview questions/tactics

All,

I am quite new to the *action* portion of real estate investing, but have read about it a bit. I am in the process of fact finding and looking at properties, so that means meeting people and networking. I'm meeting with a mortgage broker next week whom was recommended by a forum poster (Anthony G. Whom I have never met. Hi there! Thanks for the referral! :-) ).

What kind of things should I be asking during the meeting with my first Realtor, my first banker, my first lawyer? All I have so far is "who do you recommend I talk to next?"

Short term goal: owner-occupied 4-plex by next summer. Start slow. Learn. Minimize mistakes.
