RE schools...

Matt Nelson
Posted

Hi

In light of the current down market in many areas, I am thinking that the next year will be a good time to jump in to the 'buy, rent and hold' strategy.

I have been reading the Landlording forum here, but I was thinking that it might be a good idea to get some formal training and education in that area before getting started.

So.....my question: does anyone know of some schools or companies that offer RE landlording/prop management services?

Ive heard of Allied Schools, but I know nothing else about them...

Thanks!
