Sandwich lease

I understand how this works, youre the middle man in the deal, but my question is, where does lender seasoning fit into this. Ive been reading about lenders using this to make sure that the deal is not a scam.

If i find a property and i get a lease option for a year and i then find another buyer whom i provide a lease option at the end of the year to purchase the property from me. Does Seasoning come into play in this deal? If so, how can i work around this. Thank you.
