Im looking for any help possible in becoming an wholesaler. If anyone out there is willing to mentor me or point me in the right direction?

Find a area you desire! Use PropStream! It's a great tool and worth the money! I'm new to wholesaling as well but I've gained enough confidence and knowledge to at least help you figure out where and how you could start! Getting investors is a whole different thing, I'm still figuring that part out! It's not as easy as they say it is. Maybe because my availability is usually only weekends to discuss with investors.
