Hi, I'm new to real estate and have been wondering how real estate investors who fund deals through raised capital make money.

A.) Do they share the profits based on the percentage invested (i.e., including cash flow and equity) , Or is there a fixed percentage that is agreed upon?

B. ) I'd like to know to know precisely how syndication works. Thank you :)
