Going from SFH to MF commercial real estate
Hello!
I currently have a portfolio of SFH in Indiana and will always jump on a good deal for a SFH but I have been considering scaling up into multifamily commercial real estate (apartments, etc.) I'd love to chat with someone that has made the jump from a SFH portfolios into bigger commercial investments. It seems to make more sense to get into bigger deals rather than own tons of SFH.
