Development Update- Charlotte's Pedestrian Bridge

🔥 The long anticipated #pedestrianbridge has a new ETA of 2028. This bridge will connect #southend and #uptown. These areas are currently great LTR and MTR areas! Between the pedestrian bridge and The Pearl, this area is expected to have huge growth in the next 10 years! 💹

*Reminder- The Pearl Development is predicted to create over 11,000 jobs in Mecklenburg County within the next 10 years & will be both a medical education institution and an international headquarters.  Led by Atrium Health and Wexford Sciences
