Section 8 in DFW
Hey :)
New young investor, trying to buy my first rental, the game plan is a Section 8 rental in DFW.
How can I check the demand for section 8 housing in a specific zip code?
What are things I should take in to consideration on my first deal.
Would love recommendations for investors friendly agents and property managers.

I would personally call the local housing authority and call property managers. On top of that if you can find local investors that would give great insights.
Section 8 has stringent requirements so it would be important to check off the inspection list as soon as you can.
