Any feedback on connect invest?

Connect invest is offering up to 9% yields on investments.  They are advertising their product on bigger pockets.  Does any one have experience or feedback investing with this company?

    @Josh Lemons

    They have a regulation A offering which is open to accredited and non accredited investors

    The great thing is they have to submit their offering circular and have it qualified by SEC as well as submit financial information etc.

    All this means is the information is readily available and if you do not understand it then I recommend engaging an attorney who can interpret it.

    For example after reading the offering are you a secured investor or unsecured?

    Where are you in the capital stack?

    How is the fee structure?

    These are the first things I look at.

    Lastly if someone is advertising on BP, it’s not a bad or good thing - all it means when someone advertises on BP or pays BP to be promoted it just means they paid to be on the website. BP does not recommend investments

    PS: I recommend searching BP to see if anything as well as head over to passive pockets to see if any discussions there as well.
