Townhomes developments in Cleveland, TN

I owned a land about 6 acres in Cleveland, TN about and planned to develop townhomes. The land is in CH zone and in very good locations (by Walmart, Food city, Aldi’s, Walgreen…) I am naive to real estate development but very excited to this first project. Any ideas contribute to this topic would be a tremendous help. Also, I am looking for a serious and experience partners.
