    The best strategy depends on your goals and resources. If you're after steady cash flow, buy-and-hold rentals might be ideal. For quick capital, fix-and-flip works well but requires more time and risk. BRRRR is great for building equity fast if you can manage the rehabs efficiently. Each has its strengths—align the strategy with your financial goals, timeline, and risk tolerance for the best results!
