New to Facebook Research

Good day, everyone! Thanks to all the great advice I received from my last post, I've learned a lot about getting into the real estate business. So thank you all for that!

Here's a little update: I've joined multiple investing groups on Facebook in hopes of attending meetups and finding property listings. Do you think this is a good way to start finding properties for investors? It might save them time scrolling through listings. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
