Investors in cluster houses in Harare

I would like to learn a bit on how to parcel out a 1 acre plot into cluster houses, maybe 5 or 6. There are very few platforms for raising private funding in Zimbabwe, and mortgages hardly focus on investments like this, rather lending to individual home seekers. I will probably start a blog on investments in real estate here, but for now I want ideas of how to finance this kind of project.
