How do you screen tenants when applicant is a company? How or what questions do you include in your application form? what information or references would you need? Dont want to make a mistake that it might be someone random pretending to own the company.

I do this quite often. My policy is to screen someone high up in the company, like a CEO, President, etc. Once they are approved, they sign the lease and accept personal responsibility on behalf of the company. Payments can come from the company.
