Hi everyone, my name is Timothy Floyd. I’m 22 years old and currently living in the Memphis, TN/Southaven, MS area. Right now, I’m focused on learning as much as I can and taking steps towards getting my first rental property.

However, I have a challenge: I need to connect with like-minded individuals. Most people I know aren’t interested in real estate and don’t share my passion for learning about it, which makes me feel a bit isolated. I really want to learn from those who are already active in the field.
