Builders vs. Municipalities?
Podcasters that does house walk throughs will sometimes say, "if this Floorplan isn't available in your city/state" blah blah blah. Why aren't floorplans available to be used in every state? I get that there are regulations by the municipal, but are they so strict that certain builds aren't allowed throughout a whole state?
