I have been buying distressed properties and living in them while rehabbing them for the last 15 years. I recently sold my business in robotics and automation, and I am full time into real estate investing. My strategy is the BRRRR method in appreciating areas and to hold properties as long term rentals. I have been building a team of contractors to complete the rehabs and also real estate agents to find properties (also using software to find off-market). But I am now looking to expand and increase the properties we are acquiring and looking for partners that want to do the same.
