Hi all, I have had two people reach out claiming they can get $500 cash flow per unit section 8.  Saying I should invest in 10-15 units.  Anyone experience with section 8?  I mean I could buy 10-12.  Just not sure if its too good to be true or worth it.  Rather get into STRs or Pad splits.
