Hello BP forum. Been listening to Real Estate Rookie and BP channel for a little bit now and this is my first time posting in the forum.

I'm currently living in WA State and own a home that is under a VA Loan. What I'm hoping to do is use the rest of my remaining VA Loan entitlement (roughly 450k) to get pre approved and put an offer on a primary residence in Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida area. While turning our current home into a ltr.

My goal is to find a good team as a new investor. Also something I am wondering is would I need to provide proof of employment in the state I’m trying to move into? If so, I work in the medical field and would be able to jump on some travel jobs to show proof of employment for the new state.
