Eastgate Columbus By Amazon
Good morning-
Can any Columbus residents give me insight to EASTGATE area by the new Amazon fulfillment warehouse.
How is the area? Good for investing or stay away?

Good isolated pocket with Amazon to the north, Bexley to the east and Franklin Park to the south. There's a lot going for the neighborhood

There are a good amount of single family/ residential homes in that area. It's a good area overall. There isn't a ton of multifamily in that pocket if that's what you're going for but surrounding areas has more @Carlos Quiros

I really like that area of Columbus but I rarely see anything available there

near east side is on fire. we are building two triplexes in 43203. there are plenty of new builds, variance requests, at least 800 units going in to this small submarket over the next few years, very strong market. any downtown adjacent within 1.5 miles is where our focus is. higher rents, higher price per square foot exit, plenty of land to purchase right now, total control in new construction. I don't know much about amazon I wouldn't even say that's a driver in that small market. columbus as a whole is the driver not amazon.

It's a small pocket with lower supply, so if you can get a good deal, you'll likely see some strong appreciation.
