Very new to real estate investing

Hi everyone,

I am very new to real estate investment from California. I am searching online to see what cities to invest in with price under $400k. I heard that Maricopa, AZ is one of the good choices. Can you please give me some advice?

Thank you

Welcome to BP! I grew up in California and moved to Reno, NV to live and invest.

This is ultimately a very broad question.

I'm curious, why are you looking outside of CA and why are you focusing on prices under $400K?

Bi, good questions, because California home taxes are very high and to answer your question about the price because I don’t have more money rn.

I heard that NV is a good state to invest in. Can you please elaborate on that?
