Hi Justin, Yeah I’d love that. I’m looking to do more long term rentals, ideally triplexes or fourplexes but definitely not opposed to SFRs if the numbers look good.

Davidson Properties manages my rentals on the LTR. STR's I usually manage myself remotely or with a Co-host. Much cheaper than the 20% PM Fee.
