Selling tiny homes

Hello biggerpockets community, 

I am selling TinyHomes and am wondering if there are lenders out there who would finance a TinyHome for a potential buyer. Right now I am seeing the biggest hurdle for people to get over is paying 55 to 100 thousand upfront, and may qualify for a loan if one was able to be provided.  Has anyone else had similar issues? Are you able to get financing for a TinyHome?

Yes. I have spoke with a tiny home lender for a potential deal, but did not actually close on it. I think he was a credit union or something in Colorado who specialized in tiny homes. You can DM me if you'd like and I'll share his contact.
