Saratoga Springs, NY house: sell or rent, when?

I have a house in Wilton, 10 min north of Saratoga Springs, NY. The house is in a 5 year old development and was newly built a few years before Covid. Should I sell the house vs renting it out? Should I sell the house now / January or wait for Spring? Is it a good rental market and better to hold on to the house? Who are good management companies in Saratoga if I decide to rent it? Would it be easy to sell the house myself? Thank you!
