Fix My Flip with Page Turner

I recently discovered Fix My Flip with Page Turner on HGTV and had to binge watch all the seasons.

I usually get irritated watching flip shows. You know why.

And there's still a few unanswered questions about this one, However, it is better than a lot of the others about facing reality. It moves quickly and Page knows her stuff. And she will walk away from unreasonable people. She works the Greater LA area, so there was some sticker shock for me (SC). Anybody else watch? Thoughts?
