I own condo with cash - Should I sell with owner financing?

Hi All - First post. Hope I can get some immediate advice as I have a potential buyer lined up. I just purchased a condo with all cash as an investment property. I was going to use it as a rental and then resell it later. So far I have no rental interest and for some reason, a ton of rentals just came on in the area with not much activity. I have contact with a reliable buyer. My original plan, rent our, and resale when the market is higher.  Alternative plan - sell with owner financing at a price higher than I purchased at and with interest on the loan. I bought for $730,000. Originally asking was $750,000. What are your thoughts? Please advice.

I'm assuming that this was your first investment. You have had enough success you accumulate $730k in cash, so my advice, while not knowing your full financial picture, would be to keep things simple. Either lower your rent rate and rent it or sell it for what you can get and move on. Focus on whatever allowed you to pile up $730k in cash, not the seller finance, note holding business.
