As do many people on here, I love helping and answering questions if I know the answer and can truly help. That being said, I notice a lot of questions are so general that it is tough to give good answers. Just an idea, when you ask a question, be specific in the question. Don't just say "Who is a good General Contractor?" Instead say, "I'm in Nashville, TN and I need a recommendation of a good GC that can help me renovate a single-family home". Don't just say "I need a lender", be specific with location, type of property, etc. Leaving out the fact that you have a 480 credit score and need 110% financing on a nuclear waste dump site is pretty material. Thank you for listening...end of rant!
