When is someone considered a "mogul?"

How many properties or doors must one own before they are considered a mogul?

What is the net worth of a mogul?

If you are a mogul, please educate us!

I suspect the higher your net worth, the higher the threshold to be a mogul.  I question if Elon Musk considers himself a mogul.

Number of doors means little. LP, GP, Cleveland vs San Fran, SFH vs apartments, high LTV vs low LTV, etc. 10 SFH in San Fran can result in greater wealth than LP in 1000 doors.
