Best cities to invest in Ohio

Ivona Villanti
Posted

Wanted to know which cities do you invest in Ohio? I'm looking to purchase smaller MFs.  Cashflow is my main focus but appreciation is also important.  Thank you

    Columbus, Ohio will be your best bet if you're leaning towards appreciation. I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth. Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon. Which will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the area.

     HMM " BEST BET" hmm, everything in clev over the last 10 years has tripled quadupleld or much much more, on top of the 30% net caps. Columbus is GREAT, if you can find a deal, but not easy getting 10- 15% NET based on cash purchase anymore. If so we would be buying there as well,

    Wait you moved FROM FL to Ohio nobody does that LOL, where were you in Fl ?

    All the best

    Markets like Cleveland, Dayton and Toledo will be better ohio markets for cashflow than Columbus which can cashflow but is also more on the appreciation side

    @Ivona Villanti

     ALL of Cleveland and the burbs have tripled quadrupled or MUCH more on top of the 25% net over the last 10 years. Props we were all in 25- 30k are now selling for 100- 150k, Biggest mistake of my life was not keeping 50 or so of the 500 I flipped there, MASSIVE mistake
