Advice on finding a mentor.

Hey everyone!

I've been able to get my feet wet, flip a few properties, and begin growing my real estate portfolio.

In order to accelerate my growth I think a mentor would be incredibly valuable but I don't know any real estate investors locally that are where I want to eventually be.

What are your thoughts and advice regarding finding, vetting, and figuring out if the particular person is a good fit for that mentor role?

Thanks!
