What do investors really want?
In your experience as an investor, or when interacting with other investors, what have been the main reasons for why they invest in real estate? (this would be what they say they want). Are there any other deeper desires investors have when it comes to their investing business and why they do it? (this would be what they really want).
Just curious to know more about the typical investor to learn more about the industry. Thanks!
