Looking for someone who can help me with marketing

Good day to all,

My name is Dontae. I'm from the Bronx and I'm an active duty member preparing to leave the service. I have a marketing agency and I'm looking for feedback on what's needed in the marketing space. I'm not looking to sell you anything. I wanted to ask a few questions to a professional and see what the feedback is to help cater to my clients better. I don't want to take up to much of your time. I would like to hear what is needed on the market via CRM and Marketing strategies side of things and re-adjust my plan. Thank you in advance and hope to hear from you soon!

Like I said, I don't want to waste your time I just want to help my business out by getting feedback from someone who is in the field.
