Divorce real estate question

Hey guys!  Not a pleasant question but I am going through a highly contested divorce.  Although I purchased a property 45 days before my spouse left, she wants to go into the property for an appraisal 2 years later and I own 100% of the business. Is this allowed?

PA is not a community property state it's an equitable distribution one. More than likely she own half of everything if you mingled a check or two around.

Tell her she and get an AVM for $20 which doesn't require an interior inspection. Or she can send a licensed appraiser and waste $800. She does not need to go inside, a professional could but it's a waste of money now - as you will need valuations when you get to final distributions.

Attorney looks at all your assets. Then they poke the fire to eat up all the assets to make you both fight, in my humble opinion.  Don't call your attorney a thousand times. Get organized like a business (as you say). Keep notes. Email the wife rather than call. Be polite. Be factual. Be kind, you loved her once.
